1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by MoneyDash TechSol ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. MoneyDash TechSol is an Indian IT company registered under the laws of India, providing digital software products and services.
2. Services
MoneyDash TechSol provides software development services, digital products, SaaS solutions, and related technology services. All products are delivered digitally. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements or service orders.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%). Payment is due as per the agreed schedule. For product purchases, payment is required before delivery. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wire transfers.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, code, designs, and materials created by MoneyDash TechSol remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement. The Company retains the right to use general methodologies and techniques.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business data, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.
6. Limitation of Liability
MoneyDash TechSol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
