These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by MoneyDash TechSol Private Limited ("MoneyDash TechSol", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website, registering as a retailer or distributor, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Grievance Redressal Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
We provide access to AEPS, BBPS, mobile & DTH recharge, Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), UPI Collection, and related fintech software including dashboards, white-label platforms and API integrations. Services are provided subject to the terms of our banking, NPCI and payment-partner agreements, and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice where possible.
To register as a retailer, distributor or end customer, you must provide accurate identification and KYC documents (such as PAN and Aadhaar) as required for the relevant service. We reserve the right to verify, suspend or reject registrations that do not meet applicable KYC or regulatory requirements.
Retailers and distributors using our platform agree to use it only for legitimate transactions, to accurately represent fees to end customers, to safeguard login credentials and biometric devices, and to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering and KYC norms. Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of access.
Applicable fees, charges and commission structures are communicated at the time of onboarding or transaction and are subject to change with notice. Settlement of commissions is processed as per the timelines specified on the platform for each service.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent KYC or transaction-limit controls, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspected fraud or misuse pending investigation.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability and security of our services, MoneyDash TechSol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party payment or banking system failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for direct losses, where applicable, is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in question.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any user found in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or upon regulatory or partner-bank direction. Users may also request closure of their account by contacting our support team.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
