Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products
All our products are digital software solutions delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the product, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
2. Custom Development Services
For custom software development projects, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the individual project agreement. Generally, milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been approved.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to customercare@moneydashtechsol.in with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Setup fees, customization charges, domain registration fees, and third-party service costs are non-refundable. SaaS subscription fees that have been consumed are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel ongoing services or subscriptions by providing 30 days written notice. Cancellation of a project in progress will be subject to payment for work already completed.
